Do you like it?

November 6, 2009

M2U001061-150x150One of my customers asked me, “How do I know if my wine is good?”
Great question. What makes a wine good? Is it where the grape was grown, grape varietal, were the grape stompers feet clean?
I asked her, “Do you like it?” –Yes.
“Do your friends and family like it?” – Yes.
“Will you make it again?” – Yes.
I told her, “Then it’s a good wine.”
Keep it simple folks. If you like it, it is good.
