Small Lots Okanagan Pinot Blanc
I had some friends over for dinner the other night. One of my guests had brought a bottle of the ‘small lots’ Selection Estate Okanagan Pinot Blanc that she was really excited for me to try. It had a nice full body and notes of apple and pear. I was serving a beef stir-fry and I found that it had enough character and body to really enhance the dish.
The wine was only a few months old and has the potential to really develop into a very fine wine.
The moral of the story is whenever a limited run wine kit is being promoted – BUY IT!
