Wine Sense guarantees all of the wine kits we sell 100%. We only require that you follow the instructions that come with your wine kit. If you have a problem- please bring us two bottles of the wine and the Batch Code Number. The Batch Code Number is found on top of the box that your kit came in (record this number when you start your kit).
Once the wine is analyzed by the manufacturer- your kit will be replaced. All we require is the balance of the bottles of wine. Wine Sense will replace any bottles, corks, labels and shrink tops you have used.
