Pale straw colour with a green tinge and the aroma of summer melon, this medium to full-bodied, dry white wine evokes luscious tropical fruit flavours and has a palate-pleasing, well balanced, crisp, lingering aftertaste.

Germany's most widely cultivated grape attains rare heights in aroma and flavour. German Mller-Thurgau is crisp and clean, with a grapey fruit character, low to medium acidity, and a pleasantly fragrant aroma. Vibrant flavours of crunchy green apples are imparted in its floral residual sweetness.

A white wine with the incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya. The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity, and hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape.

The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. It bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! While higher in alcohol than many white wines, it drinks well young nonetheless. Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, but it's 'soft but strong' character makes it excellent for sipping alone.

Chenin Blanc is a late ripening grape, which brings intense flavour development. Unusual for a grape that hangs so long, it retains crisp acidity, underpinning bright flavours of green apple, tropical fruit and melons, with a distinctly floral nose and a juicy, quenching finish.

Delicious flavours apricot, green apple and peach aromas of Riesling, and the early ripening qualities of Silvaner.A great sipping wine, it's a perfect choice for potato chips (there's nothing like a crisp glass of Muller-Thurgau and some crunchy chips!) but mostly it's a very satisfying wine to quench a thirst in good company.

A versatile varietal grape which displays an agreeable dry, sharp, lightly fruity yet full-bodied taste. Vital and refreshing; perfect as both a sipping wine or as a match with cream sauce dishes, light cheeses and delicate meats.

The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow colour, tinged with the variety's typical 'green-gold' hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and spice aromas.

A unique full bodied white wine variety famous for its exotic, spiced-floral bouquet. Viogniers flavour is rich with tastes of dried apricots, peaches, melon, pears and honey.
