I have a bottle of wine that I have been saving for a couple of years now- a Selection Estate
Series Vieux Chateau Du Roi that I bottled in October of 2005.
As most know- today is an historic day for many Winnipegers with the return of the NHL.
That bottle will be empty tonight!!
