FYI- or Follow Your Instructions
As a rule, there are only two types of instructions I read, power tools and wine kits. The power tools are a no brainer. I don’t want to cut my fool fingers off.The wine kit instructions are because I want my wine to turn out every time.
Whatever wine kit you buy, the wine kit instructions are set up for that kit. Each manufacturer spends countless hours designing their instructions to best provide you with winemaking success.
Also, manufacturers change instructions from time to time. This is often done as a result of product or technological improvements- so if you don’t follow the instructions you may not see the benefits of these improvements.
Finally- what is good for one kit may not work in another- so read the instructions, follow the instructions and believe the instructions.
