Wine Pairings for Christmas Dinner
The big dinner is only a few days away and if you’re wondering what wines to drink with the big bird here’s a few safe
bets-
– For red wine lovers choose a lighter wine like Pinot Noir– its more elegant nature will not over power either turkey or ham.
– For white wine lovers most good white wines will do. Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio will work well and dry is better choice than sweet.
– A nice Blush will also work very well with both turkey and ham but again don’t go too sweet. A French or Spanish Rosé will both work wonderfully.
But when it’s all said and done any wine you have on hand is better than no wine at all!
I wish to take a moment to wish you and your families a safe and Merry Christmas. Eat, drink (wine of course) and be merry.
Merry Christmas!
